Lost...need help. not sure what to do to improve

I need feedback; specific and bold, anything to help develop my skills and personal style.

I have been taking photos for several years with different cameras. i took one photography class in highschool and have read a few books on it. i know what i like in photos but dont know how to make my shots look like 'theirs'. please let me know what you would do to any perticular photo to make it better.

Hi Charles

I am happy to critique your work (if you won't take any offence!). I shall try to be constructive. I am happy for you to delete my critique as it will appear in individual images. On the whole, I think you have a good eye but a lot of your images are a tad soft and you have a tendency to place the subjects dead centre. I have restricted by comments to your favourites gallery.
