Show and Tell photo contest rule change?

There has been a lot of talk about getting rule #3 “Post only the medium versions of you picture. Larger versions will not be considered.â€

medium is different sized depending on the pic. Maybe the rule should be that the pic has to fit on a standard page, as long as it fits in a window it should be ok If you have to scroll to see the whole picture than that is bad.

Is this true? I thought medium was always 400x267 or 267x400.
