Well I think they're nice pictures djarvik.
As for responses, you'll be lucky!
On my latest gallery, http://www.pbase.com/luckytrev/sell34, out of the 450 people who've looked at it, none of them have commented.
PBase'rs have votes they can use on pictures and galleries, I'd say less than 10% even know they have a vote let alone use it.
You'll find 99% of people are browsers, not commenters.
Keep smiling Someone will comment eventually.
