My first Shots

I'd like you guys to tell me what you think about my first rolls. give me some criticism(sp?). and keep in mind the scans( suggestions for good film scanners, not too much??) aren't that great either. so if you just kinda imagine them without the scans, thats what the prints look like.

With that zoom lense you got there, you should be getting much tighter shots of those bikers than you are currently getting.

As far as scanners go, anything you buy will be better than what you used to scan the photos. I would take that thing out and use it for target practice.

I use an Epson Pefection 610. It is definately not the best scanner you can buy but it seems to do the job. Since I normally shoot digitally, I haven't had much use for it until just recently. Check out this gallery. I scanned in all of the photos you see here with it.

well i did use the zoom lens for some bike shots, but some of them are done with my 50mm aswell.
