Vilsandi lighthouse is the last frontier in Estonia, this is the most "west point". Vilsandi itself is a small island - 6X3 km, and during the winter only 3 families live there, one of them is lighthouse warden.

This is Girdleness lighthouse in Aberdeen. Just outside an area of the city called torry. The lighthouse is still in operation, although the foghorn, more affectionatly known as the Torry Coo (Scottish for cow), is now decommissioned.

Inside Pt. Loma lighthouse at Cabrillo National Monument in San Diego. I took this 2 years ago. Last summer, access to the lighthouse was closed due to renovations. Anybody know if it is open again?
