Grown Up and Sober!

I took some family pics during my vacation to PA and am in the process of photo-editing them and making a new Pbase gallery. Just thought you might like to see the star of my highly controversial (here and elsewhere) Fun With Beer book as she looks today, all grown up and, yes, sober! She was a preschooler in my book, and now here she is at "thirty-something."

Not only does she not drink beer or any alcoholic beverage (guess she really did learn a good lesson!) but she's into nature and natural cooking and gardening and even natural textiles. She actually owns two long haired goats that she shears, then dyes the wool, spins it into yarn and knits fabulous shawls etc. from it. A librarian, she has a degree in both library science and music, is planning to buy her own farm this year, and she's one happy lady, as you can guess by her big smile!
