I went over to look at your shots. On a couple you have cut off the ear tips and the tail of critters. I know, I have the same problem. Might check your cropping.

Why is there no image information about your camera, lens, and settings? Did you use a long lens?

I like the lion shot. The catchlight in the eyes is a show stopper. Good for you.

All The shots where taken with a 300mm f/2.8D ED-IF II AF-S lens on a Nikon D2h Body. All shots where in A mode set at 2.8
