Thanks both. I got my first ever SLR in January (300D). Then got a 20D a few weeks ago.

huge, or medium improvement may I ask, over the 300d, that is?

I am convined that exposure is a huge improvement over the 300d. Also the pictures seem sharper even though I am using the sames lenses.

Operationally very similar to use but feels better in the hand. I have also found a use for the mirror lock up function as well.

In summary I seem to have more keepers.
