My area that I am mostly involved in is Fire/Rescue & Law Enforcement. I respond to incidents and also partake in trainings with the local agencys.

I have a semi unsteady hand and trying to get my camera fixed as the cheap mono pod I got was at fault for stripping out the mount hole. So any tips on that topic for taking steady photos by just holdng the camera.
