EXIF Tip?

I found that when I resize my pictures (from 2160X1440) to 800X600 for uploading, I lose the EXIF data. This fact is stated in the pbase FAQ. I found out though that if I upload the picture full size then resize to 800X600 and replace the picture (using edit photo then upload) the EXIF information stays. I use PhotoELF for editing and I like it a lot. I hope this tip is usful to someone. Gary Myers

Good tip. There is an alternative, a free program called exifer that allows you to copy the EXIF data from one file (original) to another (processed).
