You take great shots and if even more people participated in these forums like you do, they would be even better than they are right now. With regards to your image it is very fine and color distortions are obvisously from someone else's uncalibrated monitor.

The problem with programs like adobe photoshop is their inherent clunkiness. They have a million ways to do a million more things most people don't need. Once you realize you are only using a 1/16th of the program, you'll be wondering why you have this huge program on your hard drive, eating up all your memory. Not the mention the ridiculous price they charge for it.

Not to criticize the amazing results digital photographers and artists get from the program, but for most people it's more than they need or want.

I must say I concur with you Pine (or Mikey) , there is a lot , lot of function in Photoshop that I am sure most of people don't need , or they don't even know that is exist (like me). Anyhow , as I already say , shadow/highlight or brightness/contrats is great help for me sometimes. And I will thank you for your nice comments about my images and my participation in the forum. It is true that I like using the forum , It's a good way to have a feedback and to learn. The only thing , it's not easy for me to wrote in English but as I can see, people understand anyway.
