I really enjoyed all the photos in this thread! Have always admired the speedway racing heroes since childhood.

Btw, agroni, what was the story behind your second photo in the first post? Looks a bit curious to me.

Neat photos. This brings back memories. I was there for the race in '74, sitting at Rascasse (sp?) on Saturday and Tabac on Sunday. Shot a ton of slides on those two days. Now that I have my simple slide copier, I should dig them out and post a few.

Schumi replacing Kimi? Would he even fit in this year's cars? They do make them fit like a glove, after all.
