I believe folks are innocent until proven guilty, so let's give HK a fair trial here. If anyone really cares (afraid I really don't...not my business) I would suggest they email both at their websites and tell them about the other, then we'll see who removes the pics.

Well, I for one am confused.

I don't know what's what here, but isn't it *possible* that Yann Antrus Bertrand is the one who copied the photos from HK instead of the other way around? I'm not saying I know this, or that I believe this...just wondering what evidence exists to show who took the picture and who TOOK (stole) the picture.

The Bertrand site contains downloadable wallpapers from all over the world, including the disputed images. He has a detailed description about the places of each. This however is general info available to anyone, so that alone is not evidence that Bertrand is the original photographer in each case.

Now, I didn't read every word of every page, so I don't know anything for sure here. I am just raising the *possibility* and suggesting that we not jump to conclusions as to who is the thief and who is the owner. If anyone has some *conclusive* evidence one way or another, please post it.

One is a real good photographer, the other makes copies from books
Just compare the quality of the photos...by HK the quality is very uneven...

I did not look at his pbase gallery until pixa informed me to check the thread. He has so many forums and site links under his name I did not look at any of his links and only commented on each individual embedded photo. I thought something was strange with the travelingman, that is why I bumped ALL of his threads and trashed a couple of his pics to get him to show his face. I never trashed anyones pix at pbase until I saw this joker.


So then pixa posted the undisputeable proof and the the rest is history.

The easy thing to spot is who has a stolen gallery and who is a bigtime artist. One has a style and a bigtime .org site the other has a bunch of forums and a very weird hodgepodge of pics and a very peculiar posting style.
