... but completely oblivious to the train from San Diego. I moved around the end of the platform because another guy had planted himself on the edge of the platform, in front of the small group of photographers. Then this guy trotted out to wait by the tracks. It doesn't really show in the pictures but it looked like he was wearing a hearing aid. Since he didn't jump when the approaching train blew it's horn as it approached, I have to think he was more than a little deaf.
