This is going really well.
I think people are starting to realise that if they don't leave feedback in other peoples galleries, how on earth can they expect it back.
I've pointed several people to this thread and most have said it's a brilliant idea.
After all how long, (apart from the PBase loading time sometimes), does it take to say "I like this photo".

I'm definitely up for some reciprocity also. I've been to blu's and Ellsworth's galleries and will work my way through the rest. Have not left any comments yet but promise to do so (edit - already left some!). I need to find out about this "voting" business because I have no idea what it's for yet.

As you may have gathered I'm pretty new here and am still working out what to do in and around PBase let alone how to fill my 200MB of space.

I'll say one thing right now. The quality of much of the work I've seen here makes me want to go hide my head in shame, it's just SO good. I have a lot to learn and just browsing in here and getting a few comments will help me a great deal.

If anyone does swing by my place, thank you in advance.

You can count me in. I have wondered why I have received over 14000 views in just over a month, and yet only 4 or 5 people have left any comments.. I just want to know what others think of my images, even though I'm only an amateur. Most of my favorite images are ones of my daughters, but I have a few artsy images also. I'm steadily building my gallery. Let me know what you think, and I'll also spend more time looking at other's galleries and commenting on images..

I have tried to view and comment upon galleries and pics of folks here. Anybody who has been to my site and not gotten comments back? Please, stop by my galleries and look. Leave a message in my guestbook if I have missed you. I have been 1400 miles away for the last week. Just getting back from bidding my dying mother goodbye.

Anyway, new galleries up. Would love to read comments of constructive criticism, praise, or just tag in.

I have had alot of page views since joining this group. I have left quite a few comments. There have been about 60 comments total left. and compared to the 1044 views of the gallery this is not very many comments at all.

I am always putting up new work.

And well positive comments are good so are negative ones as negative ones make us think and when we do we improve..

Count me in. I'm a long time amateur so most of my posted work is scanned from negs or prints. I plan to continue working in film (my comfort zone) and messing around with my little kodak digital from time to time. I also like to "rescue" otherwise sub-par pictures with photoshop with varying degrees of success, it's how I'm self teaching myself the programs potential. Thanks Blu for the comments you've returned, you've hit on some of my own favorites and given me some good ideas.
