Something odd about my gallery hit count that I just noticed.

My main gallery page has this hit data:
14085 page views since 08-OCT-02

A sub-gallery in my main gallery has this data:
15584 page views since 10-DEC-03

Interestingly the sub-gallery that got MORE hits in two months than my main gallery got in 4 months is the "fun with beer" gallery...the controversial one. http://www.pbase.com/pstewart/fun_with_beer

So there you have it...controversy sells. Or maybe beer sells.

I have this one. Which is about 20 times more than most of my posts. Must be because I posted about it on dpreview during the holidays in a discussion on winter shots.

I was shocked to find that my shot of Rio's Copacabana Beach was my biggest draw -- 3,024 hits since it was posted on August 27, 2003.

I would have thought my second place posting, a scan of a slide I made of a very angry tiger in India in 1990, would draw more views than a long line of bikinis on a misty beach. Hi Arif,

The only way I can find is if you go into edit gallery for each of your galleries, then on the right of all the thumbnails is the number of hits each image has received.

This is quicker than viewing each image at a time.
