was the frequency in which it appeared in my searches
So, I purchased
the domain name of donnorthup.com as an investment. I build websites on these
domains. The link to the trimoon website was just a bit of humor on my part
and is not a permanent thing.

HE IS WORKING WITH THE SQUATTER JACK THOMSON.
THEY HAVE PRACTICED TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT, TRADEMARK DIMINISHMENT, SQUATTING AND SLANDER, DEFAMATION, AND BROKEN AROUND A HANDFULL OF MAJOR FEDERAL LAWS SINCE LAST WEEK REGARDING http://WWW.DONNORTHUP.COM

TRIMOON AND HIS FRIEND ARE PRACTICING TREADEMARK INFRINGEMENT, TRADEMARK DIMINISHMENT, SLANDER AND DOMAIN/TRADEMARKSQUATTING. THEY ARE BREAKING AT LEAST 4 FEDERAL LAWS.
Your name isn't trademarked. Unless you sent the govt hundreds of dollars with an application to have it trademarked and showed them proof of your use of the name exclusively over a period of a year. Any chance you did all that?
Minoltaman helped me with a question once. The only contact I ever had with the guy. I got no bones to pick. But these things struck me as beyond odd.

As I said. Make me Moderator and I will suspend accounts. This means more then one individual. This should have stopped after the first thread. PBASE! Get a Moderator!
I do not hate/dislike anyone on this forum and do not wish anyone to be supended or worse banned. I am on no ones side. I don't care who did what. No one does. Lets just agree that no one will post malicious threads anymore. PLEASE! You are only disrupting the forum. This thread was a announcment of the moderator leaving not a thread to blame/attack people. In fact this whole forum is not for posting to blame/attack people. This kind of stuff is 110% inappropriate for this forum.
I truly hope that any further threads will not end up as this one (as it has with others).
