Carrbridge Scotland This bridge was built in 1717 to allow funerals to to cross the river. The river is prone to flood very rapidly and sveral funerals had to be postponed. It's walls were swept away by a great spate (flood) during the 19th century. I've only seen the water over the sides twice.
