I think that she is saying

" You naughty boy, how come you're not wearing white gloves. I am gonna get you"

and the guy is saying

Nooo he's mine. I'm gonna get him first. I've always wanted to and he is mine!

That's all.

Alternatively they could be chasing a chicken or something.

More than likely the earlier guesses are right, it's just one of those corny musicals.

It's not meant to be serious at all.
