Many of the the posts still put high-res pictures which makes painful the reading of a post. If you embbed a picture, use a low res one:
If people are interested, trust me, they'll visit the gallery!

Others don't provide URL's of the galleries!

So please read Srijith's post again and try to respect the usage of this Forum.

I have now modified my post with "/medium" at the end and it looks fine.

Usually "medium" is a good tradeoff.
