Bill, yes that's a great site, one of my bookmarks!

Actually, there is nothing to complain about officially on that other site. No names are mentioned. You can't even leave comments or votes so it can't mess up the pop lists or accumulate inappropriate comments using actual names. No newcomers would think anything of it if they stumble across it either...it would make no sense and just be ignored. Seems to be just in fun and pretty harmless all in all.

There is no reason to report anyone to their ISP. There's no law that says you can't have more that one account on PBase. All I can say is that this person uses the same IP address of someone else active here. That person is not Don.
