What do U think about this portrait just with the built in flash as source of light? The yellow tone was on porpose.

I am going to go out on a limb here and give you some feedback on this picture that I hope you take as constructive criticism only and not a personal attack or anything like that. Let me start off by saying that I love the pose and I love the expression of the woman in this image. However, I think there are a couple of problems with this picture. For one, the tone. The yellow cast may have been intentional, but I don't think it is at all flattering. Yellow makes people look sick - like jaundiced or old. In this case, I think a yellow background would be suiting for the image, but not a yellow skin tone. Also, I would have majorly diffused the light source with a soft box and/or a filter done after the fact in Photoshop. This would have helped to eliminate the cast around her eyes. Maybe using a healing brush around her eyes? There seem to be dark circles - which, combined with the yellow - makes me think that this woman - who is probably very vibrant and healthy - is indeed very ill. I hope you don't take this as an attack - and I am NOT AN EXPERT - I just think that you could make this image very stunning with a few changes.

I agree with Shawna. Soften your flash with a diffuser or just drape a tissue over it so you don't get that unflattering glare. And yellow is not the best choice. If you are going for "warm" then add some red...soft orangy peach would be warm yet flattering. Nice pose though, pretty lady. I'm sure you'll have fun taking lots more shots of this great model.
