I am so tired of seeing portfolios of stone-faced expressionless models. Have them smile some of the time. Look surprised or laugh other times. The stone faces on stone poses is really boring, if that's all you do. Get some action into them!

Hi, the background looks like you forgot to illuminate it. IMHO if you use white, illuminate it one stop above the main subject, as evenly as possible.
Or dont use it, find a wall anything, but not unilluminated white. Nice model though......
