eligible.

If this is not done already, may I suggest that the host of a particular week's competition drop an comment in the 3 winners' respective photo page announcing that the image has been selected winner/runner-up in the competition and point to the announcement in the forum?

This would bring the recognition that these images rightly deserve as well as act as a notification to the winners.
