Fatima, the eldest women from the family is posing beside of the bread oven. She still does some works at home, but basically her role in the family is one of the most respected people in the house. She also takes care of administrating the farms resources. Though not knowing how to read or write she knows better then anyone how to bring the subsistence business of the family.
One of the most priced goods in the farms are their life stocks. Here we can see Fatima, the middle sister taking care of the sheep and goats, putting them in the stable at evening, after one of the brothers comes back home after pasting the animals during the day.
Next day, in the morning one of the first things I see is how Fatima is bringing a bunch of palm leaves up the hill towards the farm. Her brother tells me that it is the food for the cows.
