There have not been so many entries in this competition, which made it easier for me to decide for the winners:

Honourable mentions:

Nick de Marco:

Mike Lempert:

Judith:

3d place goes to DENNIS FISHIT:

Reduce to the minimum to express the maximum: two hands linked to each other praying the rosary.

2nd place goes to JUSTIN RAYNER:

A pregnant lady hoping for the best. Her positive attitude is underpinned by her view through the window into light and - a delicate attribute! - by her curls.

And now to the WINNER - MARKUS GROMPE:

This is a beautiful image indeed: numerous lights symbolising the comprehensive hope of an anonymous community with an individual in the light's gleam adding his own hope by lighting an additional candle. The wide bow of lights adds to the positive general charakter in this image. Congratulation Markus, now it is your turn!

Thanks again to all for their contributions. Claudia
