Alright, this was my third time hosting a Show and Tell competition and it wasnt any easier! I can honestly say that all of the honorable mentions could have easily taken top three. With a difficult decision, I looked for the images that most captured childhood...energy, youthfullness, vibrance.

Excellent capture! Love the colors! So much personality in this photo! It should be in the program of the ball club you were covering with a caption saying something like 'come to the ballpark and you'll have a GREAT time!'

Thank you, Anerino, and thank you also to all the others who have added a kind comment to my picture.
I didn’t expect to be chosen, I know it sounds conventional and mannered to say like that, but it’s the truth, so it was a fantastic surprise.
I have seen so many good pictures, that it would have been hard for me to choose the best one and probably I would not have chosen mine either ;^))
But tastes are so personal.
I’m happy, amused and honoured to organise and host the 96th Show & tell competition.
Please, give me one day to think over about the topic.
I’ll post it tomorrow here in this forum.
I wish a wonderful they to all of us and let always live and smile the child who is inside each of us.

Wow, thanks for electing my picture on third place...!

It was a very fun afternoon and with record snowfalls, the snow hill in front of the house was a monster..... I did this shot with a wide angle to get very close to the action.

Congratulations to all and to Marisa with such a great image !
