211th Show & Tell Competition: Infra Red-Winner

Well as predicted by some, a small turn out for this..... ho hum.

Congratulations to those who did enter and especially to those that get a mention.

Third place goes to Erich Mangl with this one, liked the composition of this one but could do with a bit more contrast.... having said that I copied it to my desktop
and opened it in ps and it looked much better, rest assured Erich I have binned my copy.

Second place goes to William Von Gonten with this one, liked the fact it was from film, gives that particular atmos you can't get from digital.

First place goes to Maaike Huizer, liked the truley wintery look of this, congratulations.

Not a bad theme, I just have not shot in IR so really had nothing to share.
The submissions were all very good for IR work. Congrats to the winners.

Tnx. I didn't expect this. I liked so many of the other entries.
Have to think about next theme.

Thanks for 2nd place and hosting. Yes it is real film taken with my trusty old Nikormat around '86. The lens had a red dot which you would use to focus infrared film. Place was Westbury Gardens on Long Island.
