I just loved the "expression" on the face of this unusual creature.


Second Place - Athena I - Sang Chung

I liked the way the white part of the flower seems to float and reach to the sky.
The green and golden colors seem to flow in rays from it to the top of the picture.


The Winner - gears - Arnie Peterschmidt

This picture grabbed my interest immediately. The circles just continue to move your
eyes around among the gears. It is beautfully exposed.

Thank you very much Allen, I am surprised and pleased as there are a variety of excellent images here. Now to come up with a suitable theme for the next competition, I am open to suggestions.
