Wow, this is what I get for picking a subject I really like. All the entries were really great (again) this time around making it difficult for me to pick a winner.
First the honorable mentions in no particular order.
Gary Freegard: There is a disorienting feel to this space that appeals, plus the lighting is really great.
Luxun54: The lighting streaming through really makes this shot special, and what a location.
J Rayner: A well chosen perspective literally captures the electricity of this place. The distortion works well here to enhance the feeling of space and power.
Third Place: Markus: An interior like no other. Wonderful details and exposure. I really like the placement of the globe and lights.
Second Place: Dennis: A chilling photograph of this Asylum. Really brings home the horrors of this place.
First Place: Terry: I really like the complexity of this interior from this well chosen vantage point. This image works so well on so many different levels.
My Best Wishes to you all, Walter
