Sorry for the delay in posting the winners for the latest S&T Competition. It seems I picked a hard one to judge seeing the variety and quality of the images. Glad so many of you participated.

I hope you all stay safe and healthy at this time. Take care of yourselves!


First Honorable Mention in no particular order:

Flo - I like the angles, lines and disorienting feel of this image.



Ken- Simple is often best, and often not so simple.



John - The long shadows and "shaft" of point of view with this processing work is really interesting.












Third Place - Markus - I like the double shadows and the glimpse of the window washer through the shade.




Second Place Flo - Shadow Dancing Beetle - A case where the shadow and subject are quite different.



First Place Gill - Really like the effect of the rolling terrain on the shadows.

Hello Everyone: I would like to point out to you all that I had problems posting the winners this time around. If you get an error message, I recommend not clicking on "Try again" but to click the back button of your browser. I would also recommend cutting and pasting everything in the text window before you post so you don't lose it. I have noticed this erratic behavior in the forum lately and will contact Emily about it. Good luck!
