Markus Grompe - Great character with not only the hat on his head but on his shirt as well
Gill Kopy - Canada day hat, nice details and blurring out the foreground and background so it stands out
Paul Dudley - Great expression and all the hats in the background add to the story
Steve Maz - Nice light and shadows
Carol Phipps 3rd Place - Love the lighting through the balloon hat and she is so happy. Like the vignetting.
Jola Dziubinska 2nd Place - Love how the brim blocks one eye...great expression and suspect the dangles keep the flies away...
