Thank you all for entering your excellent slow shutter photographs. It was a pleasure viewing them to select my favorites.
Honorable Mentions in no particular order:

Margaret's Howard Street Lights


Third Place: Allen's streaking shore bird is unique and captivating, the blur makes it work.


Second Place: Walter's stellar race horse pan shot. The horse's body and rider are so sharp, the light is excellent and everything else is a blur.


Congratulations Jeff. Not only did the boats disappear but the ethereal water and golden light on an iconic scene makes this exceptional.
