Discovered Some Wild Mink

I was hiking along a usual trail I follow, when I decided I would go a different route that day. Am I ever glad I did! The trail is paved and follows an old rail road route (The Huckleberry in Blacksburg, Va). There is actually a very large mall a stones throw away from where the minks are inhabiting.

Either way I was just walking along the railroad tracks, and there were alot of rabbits, deer, cedar waxwing, and indigo buntings all along it. But the most amazing was when I heard a rustling under a bridge as I walked over it. I decided to check it out and there about 3 feet from me was a pair of Mink checking ME out! Either way you can see they let me get very close! I hope to go back there again soon and get more photos. I was just there yesterday and they had either moved along somewhere or were resting.
