Should I Blur This Image or Not? Please Comment

I wanted to create some sort of dreamlike image by blurring it. But am too afraid that this may compromise the sharpness of the image. What do you think?

The picture is not as sharp as it could be so blurring it could would well.

yep...piscel got a point...but if it's me, i'll leave the center just like that and give the blur in a degradation ways....but...it looks okay to me...

maybe just try tweaking the color a bit, try adjusting the color balance ( more green/cyan ), or the curves in photo shop, which can allow the picture to pop out, and have more dimension, you may not have to blur or sharpen it at all... a touch more color will seperate the flower from its background..
