Rust is a must!

I don't quite know how to deal with photos taken with the sepia function that comes with the Canon Powershot G5. Should I have left them as they were, in the redish tone, or adjust the levels and stuff in Photoshop? I like both results, but don't know which one is more common.

I took some photos without the sepia function on as well, and the results from yesterdays little photo walk in the harbor can be seen here:
