I won my first photo contest!

Over the weekend I had a photograph entered in a contest for best picture of Ireland at Milwaukee's Irish Festival. Low and behold I won best photo on Sunday and I also got the grand prize for the whole weekend. What a feeling :D :lol: :shock: 8)

Nice light.

The top thing to improve would be the horizon line which is not horizontal (it is rotated clockwise).

Thanks for the comments.

The best part of this for me is that I took that photo with a borrowed camera and I had never done any photography up to that point. Just thinking that I took a well liked image with no experence feels good.

Yes, the horizon line is very poor and I should have straightend it. Back when I took that I didn't have any photo editing skills or camera skills.
