Edited vs. Originals

Post Thu Sep 30, 2004 11:35 pm

I finally gave in and started photoshopping my pictures. I'm somewhat pleased with my results so far, but I'm really curious as to what other's will think, so, PLEASE visit my gallery of edited/originals and tell me what you think!

Hi Rob. I think the new ones are better, because the have "more light", that allows us to see the idea best. Not that it is useful ALL the time but in the cases you choose (I´m sure you got your reasons) they are very very good.

I would also like to add another thing: I few days I did a small check in my galleries, to see wich pictures have more visitors, and I discovered somethings pretty funny; calid colors have much more visitors, and calid colors are visited first. I discovered this using softwares to modify my crappy originals, at least to give them the chance to have nice colors... And it works!

After said that I would encourage you and other to try heavy color modification in the postproduction process, because we all seems to like it in a personal way.

Ps. Surrealism is alive!
