With the patient help of Mike Kelly in assisting me with the design of my CSS for this site, this is the outcome. I had used Mike's original CSS as a base and did a few amendments.

The colours of the site are the aboriginal colours, hence the bright but "earth" tones. My problem is that the images "move" in Mozilla and various browsers but are fine in IE. The fix Mike gave me worked for Mozilla but not for mine!

Could you let me know what happens when viewing the thumbnails in your monitor.

Comments on the images appreciated too :D

Cheers
Sheila

I think the natural colours are cool. They lend the gallery a bit of an identity and feel when arriving. I use IE so everything worked smoothly for me. I have viewed this outstanding gallery before and it is truely outstanding. I have visited Australia once but did not get many photo ops unfortunately. I did visit at Christmas time and I remember everyone seemed to be having a good time though to say the least. I really enjoyed the week I spent there. Happy shooting and have a good day Shiela.

Shelia,
Your talent is awe inspiring. Thanks so much for sharing. Hope to get 'down there' some day. Meanwhile, I'll live it through your images.

Excellent pictures! Good gallery title and a very fortunate access to so many (seemingly) willing subjects.

Off Topic, but your picture of Col's Grandson is a beauty!

Thanks. Re Col's grandson, it came out far better than I had anticipated. His daughter had brought the baby into the office and Col had him over his shoulder in his office. I just snapped and converted to monochrome. Its cropped as the kiddie had a very bald head!
