Are they worth opening a "real" account?

Post Wed Jan 26, 2005 6:03 pm

Hello

I've been visiting pbase for a while now, and now I've decided to open a trial account to give it a try.
I would like to have some feedback on the stuff I've uploaded to see if the pictures are worth opening the paid account

Here's the link:

Thanks

In a word - Yes. You have some very nice work there.

Cheers

Your pictures are neither the greatest nor the worst photographs I have seen, not that it matters. Pbase is a place for photographers of all skill levels to easily show off their work. It is not a matter of whether your photographs are "worthy" but rather whether you feel like sharing them or not. It is also a great community to join and discuss yours and other people’s work, photographic concepts and even <sigh> politics.

Photographic skill is not a prerequisite here. Pony up your $23 and show us what you really got.

Just to tell that after breaking my piggy bank to get the money, I've got a $23 account now.
I hope I get some insightful reviews on my photos so that I can improve my skills
Thanks for your advice

Ah, you won't get that here. Post at dpreview or Fred Miranda for feedback, and there are a number of nature and wildlife forums about.

Your "Stuff"

Cruel world out there, isn't it? I don't know if you studied photography or art, but your senses are good. You fill the frame, use the classic "rule of thirds" and seem to have some understanding of light. Photography is a constant learning experience and is never objective. Keep at it!
