Second place: just love the simplicity of this pictures, great composition and colours showing the important subject of ozone layer. Just like the winner, and a third place photo for that matter, even the ugly can be beautifull.

breathtaking landscape with a twist, love the combination of somewhat traditional approach to landscape photography that shows the intervention of human behaviour in nature. I am not much of an expert when it comes to landscapes but this picture really speaks to me, well done Bill.
