82nd Show and Tell Competition: Surrealism

Digital photography allows us to create images "out of this world". This weeks competition is about alternate realities, i.e. the photography/visual art interface.
Here's an example:

The competition ends one week from now, Monday May 5 2008.

Rules:
1. Photos must be hosted on pbase.com.
2. Photos must be embedded in your post. See

3. Post only the medium versions of your picture. Larger versions will not be considered.
4. Only enter up to 3 photos per-contest.
5. The host is not eligible for their own contest.
6. Any picture you've taken is eligible regardless of time taken and camera

Sometimes we create alternate realities and sometimes they just appear ... surreal

Second, winter at Chantilly castle.



Last, a Thai screen focusing KIng Bhumibol.

"Coyote's Mask," an alternate world entirely constructed from an original photograph of a sunset. I see it as a mystical vision over a lush jungle terrain, with a bit of a thunderstorm in the background!
