Slide Show

Post Fri Sep 26, 2008 12:02 am

I recently learned (Thanks to a pbase friend - CM Kwan) to upload and place images in the superior-central portion part of the first page of each gallery, which is a great "introductory" detail; and I have use this also even in my main galley page.
I saw once here on pbase that you can add the function of having a "slide show", instead of a single static image, and even add sound to it.

I would like to know (learn) how to add the slide show function to my gallery.
I am also wondering what does it take to add sound as well.

Any information and assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

The slideshow feature is explained in great detail in the following forum

Ok, I tried the "SLIDESHOW(x)" where x is a galler yname and it doesn't work.
Can anyone tell me if this was changed or how to insert a slideshow?
Thanks

Nothings changed... use the gallery URL Name as such:
Code: Select all
SLIDESHOW(a_faces_of_africa)

Since you didn't post the actual code you used, the best I can do is guess.

It does not look okay in Chrome browser. It is aligning flush with the top of the page. Not inside the table container I have created. Looks okay in IE8.
