Is it possible to add ALT tags on pbase? If yes, how? Thanks in advance for your assistance.--Rene

Hi Rene,
This depends on where you're trying to add them. For photos, I believe it's picked up as the file name (or description name) automatically, it should be easy to tell by viewing. If you're adding a photo link for a banner (as example), you can add the alt tag as such:

Code: Select all
<a href="http://www.pbase.com/dang/stills"><img src="http://www.pbase.com/dang/image/1234.jpg" alt="still life image"></a>

I can't recall for sure, seems alt's might not be displayed in Firefox, but should be in IE.

Yes, PBase automatically sets the ALT attribute to the title of the image, for both thumbnails in a gallery and the image page itself.
